The big five
In June 1996 the main room that also gave name to the exhibition was opened. Here you can see the five great beasts of prey. Bear, wolf, lynx, wolverine and our eagles.
They are all placed in their natural surroundings together with their prey. The first season we had no idea that this was going to be such a success. We didn''t even have time to advertise or put up signs by the road, and still a couple of hundreds found their way here during the summer months that we stayed open for drop-ins.
In the same room there is a fireplace where we make coffee and food for our guests. When you sit down to eat you will be served on wooden plates and will use wooden knives and forks.
